Tank FlowDischarge Faster, Clean in PlaceThe GQ80300 TankFlo bottom discharge assembly employs an armature to swing the foot valve’s inlet poppet clear of the flow path, promoting higher flow rates. Its downstream 3” butterfly valve pivots 135° so the assembly may be cleaned without removal from the tank. A 3“ BSP discharge spigot with tethered cap terminates the flow path. The GQ80300 is made of 316 stainless steel with PTFE seals. An integral shear groove ensures the innermost valve remains attached to the tank and closed in the event of collision impact. |

Offshore Tank ValveGQ101000 3” x 2” Offshore Valve The GQ101000 offshore tank valve combines precision engineering and premium materials to ensure safe, dependable operation for the discharge of tanks used in offshore drilling. The GQ101000 connects to the 3” discharge port at the base of the container tank, and extends to the edge of the container for easy access to the 2” cargo and 3/4” sampling ports, as well as the quarter-turn valve levers used to open them. A convenient actuator controls the main valve at the tank flange. |

The device stands just 17/8” high (or 1” above the threaded ange), minimizing its exposure to collision. |

Girard’s optimal performance combination DOT407 Pressure Relief Vent and Vacuum Breaker will give most carriers the option to upgrade their older, less efficient vents. For the majority, upgrading your venting system will be as simple as taking off the old vent and replacing it with this newest design. Many customers will find the newest DOT407 Pressure/Vacuum Combination Relief Vent to be a more workable alternative. This is especially true on multi-compartmented trailers needing somewhat limited vacuum protection.
